Rancang Bangun Burner Peleburan Logam Tipe Gun Berbahan Bakar Liquified Petrolium Gas (LPG)

Dalam perkembangan teknologi pengecoran logam, burner yang baik adalah menghasilkan panas optimal dalam membakar tungku peleburan logam sehingga dapat mempercepat leburnya logam. Burner sebagai alat mengatur pembakaran melakukan pencampuran antara udara dan bahan bakar dihasilkan meningkatkan efisiensi pembakaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang tipe gun berbahan LPG mengarah pada produksi kalor saat Tahapan proses rancangan yaitu gambar desain alat, pemotongan bahan, perakitan hingga menjadi burner. Proses pengambilan data pengujian langsung awal penelitian. Hasil bahwa pembakar dirancang nilai (q) sebesar 1311,35 kJ dengan rasio terhadap 1:10,17.
